New Product Available – Scarves!

So many people have asked me for scarves over the years that I decided to source my own to sell.  This task has been easier said than done and has taken me literally years, because anything of good quality has been prohibitively expensive.  Finally, I am happy to say, I have found a source that provides not only excellent quality, durable scarves in fantastic, appealing colours, patterns and prints that will appeal to children, they are also affordable for any school or nursery centre.  Made of 100% polyester with the feel of Chinese silk, they are easily laundered and feel a million dollars.  Your children will love working with them.

Most scarves available commercially for use with children are made of a chiffon-like fabric which is flimsy and usually too small to allow for much versatility.  They are OK if all you want to do is move around gently with them or throw and catch, but in my more vigorous and stimulating Kidz-Fiz-Biz sessions, I am advocating loads of different ideas incorporating learning across the curriculum including mathematical concepts and language, a host of physical skills as well as musical outcomes and most especially, social and emotional outcomes utilising the children’s imaginations.

Scarves are an indispensable item in the early childhood classroom.  I cannot recommend them highly enough.  There are lots of scarf activities in the Kidz-Fiz-Biz (yellow) book as well as appropriate accompanying music.  If you don’t have the book and would like some ideas in the meantime, go to the newsletter section of the website and check out Issue No. 4 or take a look at our recent blog post.  While on the website, do yourself a favour and purchase the Kidz-Fiz-Biz book.

If you go onto the products section of the website you will see that I am offering a pack of 20 scarves (size 60x60cm) including a 1 metre scarf for the teacher all packaged neatly in a brightly coloured and embroidered draw-string bag for only $195.00.  As valued subscribers to my newsletter, you get to purchase them at a substantial discount – only $175.00 and free postage and packaging, saving you $30.00 within Australia and more if outside Australia.  But there’s a catch!  This offer is only available to the first five applicants, so get your order number ready, persuade your parent committee or principal or do whatever you have to do because this is an introductory special only.  The special is not available via the website, so you need to email me at info@kidzfizbiz.com or phone or SMS me on my mobile 0410 642 781 (outside Australia +61 410 642 781).  I can send an invoice with the scarves.  Terms are 30 days.

I promise you they are irresistible! (Packs of 30 also available at a discount – please email me for prices.)
